Devin AI authorized in Claude markdown workflows

The Devin AI integration bot is now authorized to trigger Claude markdown audit workflows. By default, CI pipelines often restrict automated bot accounts from triggering subsequent workflows to prevent infinite action loops. By explicitly adding Devin to the allowed bots list within the GitHub Actions configuration, automated pull requests or actions driven by Devin can now be successfully evaluated by the Claude audit process. This ensures smoother end-to-end integration for automated, AI-driven development and review pipelines.
