Default organization project limit increased to 25

As workspaces scale, initial allocation limits are often outgrown. The default organization project limit is increased to 25, a substantial bump from the previous limit of 10. This expanded capacity allows work to be organized more freely without hitting sudden configuration walls or triggering manual quota requests. The change is applied directly at the database level in the Prisma schema, so all newly created organizations automatically start with the higher ceiling.
