New contributor vouched for repository access

Community contributors require an explicit vouch before submitting code changes to the repository. The vouch list is updated to include a new community member, granting them the necessary permissions to open a pending pull request.

The upcoming pull request fixes an issue in the Helm chart where shell variable placeholders fail to expand, breaking database connections for self-hosted deployments. With this vouch, the fix for Kubernetes variable expansion can be submitted.
