Release note formatting fixed for multi-line server entries

Release notes containing multi-line entries should now render correctly.

Automated changelogs no longer break Markdown formatting when a server entry spans multiple lines. The update applies proper indentation so extended text stays neatly nested under its parent bullet point rather than spilling out into standard paragraphs.

The release pull request generation script now adds a two-space pad to newlines within server entries, strictly preserving the list structure.
