Span titles now appear bright in inspector panel

The span detail page in the webapp now displays titles with bright text styling, while the spans list maintains a dimmed appearance. A new overrideDimmed prop was added to the SpanTitle component, allowing the parent route to control text brightness. In the span detail route, this prop is enabled so titles stand out more prominently in the inspector panel context, making it easier to identify which span is being examined. This fixes an inconsistency where titles appeared dimmed even in the detailed view where brighter text would be more appropriate for readability.
