Model catalog upgraded with data tables and resizable detail panels

The Models page has been redesigned to replace the grid view with a data table, complete with a resizable details panel and unified feature badges.
Users can now compare LLM models side-by-side using a dense, scannable data table instead of the old grid layout. Model details open directly in a resizable side panel, keeping the full catalog in view while inspecting specific limits or pricing. Filtering is also simpler—fragmented model capabilities and specific flags (like parallel tool calling support) have been unified into a single "Features" taxonomy. These updates sit primarily in the webapp's model registry interface, making it much easier for developers to find and select the right model for their specific use case.
